Before recommending a Clinic, we use a short screening process to understand the problem you’re dealing with and whether the Clinic is likely to be the right approach.
Why? Because not every difficult problem needs a Wicked Problems Clinic. Sometimes a different — and potentially much simpler — approach will be more useful.
The questions below help us understand what’s happening before we speak. That means we can make better use of your time, avoid unnecessary work and, importantly, make sure we’re not asking you to pay for a Clinic you don’t need.
You don’t need to write a formal brief. A few sentences for each question is enough.
We’ll review what you’ve told us and arrange a short initial conversation. You can expect us to be in contact with you within 3 working days.
If we think a Wicked Problems Clinic could help, we’ll explain what we’d recommend and agree the cost with you.
If we don’t think a Clinic is the right approach, we’ll tell you that too.
